Catholic Central Homecoming/Spirit Week is September 17-22

We're bringing Tradition Back! Get ready to have some fun CC!



September 17-22, we will celebrate SPIRIT WEEK at CCHS, with a jammed packed schedule of events that celebrate HOMECOMING. 


The theme this year is Big TOP Circus, and we are planning the “greatest show on Earth” for this week!


Here is the Spirit Week line-up…


Theme: Generation Day

            Freshmen: Dress as babies

            Sophomores: Dress as grade schoolers

            Juniors: Dress as your favorite middle-aged Adults

            Seniors: Senior Citizens

            Faculty: Dress as a student



            Girls’ Ultimate Frisbee

                        Warm-ups at 6:15 PM on the football field, games begin at 6:30 PM.


Theme: Crazy Circus Act

            Dress in your craziest outfit to depict a character. “Irene Inside-Out Clothes,” “Billy Backwards,”  “Zelda the Zipper Lady”… get the idea….


            Juniors- Wisconsin Education Fair @ UW Parkside

                        Bus Leaves CCHS: 8:30AM  Returns: 3:00PM

                        Representatives from universities, technical colleges, vocational schools and the military will be on hand to offer advice regarding life after high school. Students should dress appropriately and bring money for Culver’s lunch or bring a sack lunch.


            Girls’ Volleyball Game @ St. Thomas More High School

                        2601 E Morgan Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207

                        5:00 PM Tip-Off for JV, 6:30 for Varsity


Theme: Big Top Circus Day

            Dress as your favorite part of the circus: clowns, elephants, horses, ringmaster, strong-man, lions, etc.

Activities: Boy’s Powderpuff Volleyball Game

                        Warm-ups at 6:15 PM in the gym, games begin at 6:30 PM.


Theme: Homecoming Mass

            Dress up for Mass at 9:55 AM in St. Mary’s Church.

            All parents, family members and alumni are welcome to attend

Activities: CCHS Homecoming Parade

            Class floats, HoCo Court Convertibles, a special tractor, a fire-truck, Football team float, alumni floats, business floats, faculty float, Burlington Catholic School students, and more will be appearing in our parade! Gather in the CCHS parking lot (in back) at 5:30 PM. Parade begins at 6:00 PM. Parade route: Chandler, Kane, Highland, Randolph and back to CCHS. It is NOT TOO LATE to get a spot in our parade!             CCHS Homecoming Bonfire

            8:15PM (ish)- 10:00 PM at the Lincoln Practice Field

            Join us as we burn a HUGE bonfire to celebrate homecoming, enjoy s’mores and crown our 2018 CCHS HoCo King and Queen!

PARENTS: We need wood to burn, a fire ring, and donations of water and s’more stuff for this event. Please deliver all wood to the Lincoln Practice Field on Wednesday, September 19 or during the day on Thursday, September 20. Wood must be “clean” and “untreated.”

Deliver all water and s’more supplies to the main school office by Wednesday, September 19th.

We also need students and parents to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.

Theme: CCHS Spirit wear!

Activities: Pep Rally 1:30-3:00PM

                 Activities begin in the main gym and include: class skits, “Harvey the Hilltopper Pageant” and Introduction of the HoCo Court. Join us!


            Burlington Catholic Tailgate 6:00-7:00PM

                        St. Mary’s, St. Charles and CCHS faculty and staff will gather on the patio outside of the art room for some K-12 comradery before the big game.

            CCHS Homecoming Game @ 7:00 PM in Topper Bowl Vs. Martin Luther High School

                        Let’s “fill the bowl” with Topperpride! Students, parents, alumni and friends!


Activities: CCHS Homecoming Dance 7:00-10:00 PM in Topper Hall

            Tickets will be sold Monday, September 17, through Friday September 21 in Mrs. Middlecamp’s room. Tickets are $15 for one ticket and $25 for two. If you are bringing someone from another school, be sure to fill out the guest contract (posted on Schoology) and bring it with you when you buy your tickets.  If you have questions contact Mrs. Mid at
